Report someone

If someone sends you something offensive, harmful or inappropriate, you can report them from a one-to-one chat:

  1. Open the chat with that person.
  2. Tap the ⋯ menu at the top of the chat and choose Chat Settings.
  3. Tap Report User, then Report to confirm.

You can also press and hold the chat in your chats list and tap Report User.

Reports go to our team for review. We act on reports within 24 hours. You can also report content by emailing support@chatlator.com.

Block someone

  1. Open the chat with that person.
  2. Tap the ⋯ menu and choose Chat Settings.
  3. Tap Block User, then Block to confirm.

Your chat with them is removed from your chats list. To undo this, go to settings, then Blocked Users, and tap Unblock.
